Change on Hamilton is a free, drop-in community center in Allentown serving people at every stage of recovery and their families. No appointments. No referrals. No judgment.

From harm reduction and Narcan access to job resources, sober events, and peer support, our programs are built around what people in recovery actually need. We partner with Lehigh County organizations, community providers, and local employers to make sure you have access to real, practical support.

Whether you are just starting out, years into your recovery journey, or supporting a loved one, you have a place here. Change on Hamilton exists for Lehigh County residents who need connection, resources, and a community that understands.

Journeys

Supporting pregnant women and families impacted by substance use disorder. Journeys provides a caring, wrap-around environment for moms and children at every stage.

Events & Activity Center

Sober, family-friendly events — concerts, movie nights, game nights, open mic, and more. This is community built around fun, not substances.

Narcan & Harm Reduction

Change on Hamilton is Lehigh County’s central hub for Narcan distribution, fentanyl test strips, and harm reduction training. Free. No questions asked.

Employment Services

Access our computer lab, get help with job applications, and connect with Career Link and Goodwill — right here at the center.

Recovery Support Services

Uninsured Lehigh County residents can connect with our CRS coordinator for personalized recovery support and community navigation.

Re-Entry Program

In partnership with the Lehigh County District Attorney’s office, we support individuals returning to the community from incarceration — helping them find their footing and their future.

Harm Education Hub

Narcan Is Here. Free. No Questions Asked.

Change on Hamilton is Lehigh County’s designated harm reduction distribution hub. Anyone can walk in and get Narcan (naloxone), fentanyl test strips, and safety supplies with no appointment, no referral, no paperwork. We also offer training so you feel confident using it.

Knowing how to respond to an overdose saves lives. Come get what you need.
